Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum AI integration and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and IEEE ethics summits
- Architect sustainable tech frameworks aligned with UN SDG 2030 targets
- Mentor junior futurists and publish industry white papers
- Secure strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT Media Lab, and EU Quantum Flagship
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in technology strategy at Fortune 500 or VC-backed scale-ups
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum applications
- Deep expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic computing, and climate tech
- Proven track record of scaling from prototype to global product launches
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish (for global collaboration)
- Portfolio of 3+ patented technologies or industry-shaping frameworks
- Security clearance (active or ability to obtain) for federal collaborations
