Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to anticipate technological disruptions and market shifts
- Design strategic frameworks for ethical AI adoption and responsible innovation at scale
- Partner with product and engineering teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present technology strategy insights to executive stakeholders and industry thought leadership forums

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership with 5+ years focused on future-tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of implementing exponential technologies in Fortune 500 environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
