- Lead strategic initiatives to integrate future technologies into existing product ecosystems
- Present visionary technology strategies to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and nurture partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of future technologies
- Mentor cross-functional teams on technology foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future-focused R&D roles
- Proven track record of successfully implementing emerging technologies in complex environments
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business with a focus on innovation
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
