Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and evaluating emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, Web4.0)
- Identify and mitigate ethical, legal, and sustainability implications of future tech deployments
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D collaboration
- Monitor global tech policy developments and adapt strategies accordingly
- Mentor junior strategists and foster innovation culture across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and translating vision into execution
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling to non-technical audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Strong understanding of global tech policy frameworks and ethical AI principles
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management (e.g., CTS, CISSP) highly valued
