- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Build stakeholder relationships with VCs, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive leadership and investors
- Oversee technology portfolio optimization and resource allocation
- Drive innovation culture through workshops and hackathons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D management, or futurism roles
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Executive-level presentation skills with data-driven storytelling ability
