- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, neural interfaces, climate tech) for strategic alignment
- Present future-vision frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Partner with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on horizon-scanning initiatives
- Build patent portfolios for breakthrough technologies targeting 2026 market readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record launching products at tech scale (Series C+ preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, or climate tech
- Certifications in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE) or Technology Foresight
- Experience presenting at Davos, Web Summit, or equivalent forums
- Portfolio of published industry whitepapers on 2020s tech evolution
- Fluency in English with Mandarin or German a strong advantage
