Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and implementing pilot programs for futuristic solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data-driven narratives

- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and R&D labs

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, space tech, bioinformatics)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and scenarios

- Proficiency in strategic planning frameworks (e.g., horizon scanning, scenario planning)
