- Collaborate with C-suite to prioritize R&D investments and innovation portfolios
- Establish strategic partnerships with technology startups and research institutions
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of anticipating tech trends and translating them into business value
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in scenario planning and market analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
