Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging tech trends and competitive intelligence
- Lead R&D initiatives for prototyping next-gen solutions in our innovation lab
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology forecasts and investment proposals to executive stakeholders
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across product development lifecycle
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and market disruption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Proven track record scaling AI/ML or blockchain solutions to enterprise level
- Certification in Technology Foresight (e.g., from WFS or similar)
- Expertise in agile development and DevOps methodologies
- Experience with technology impact assessment frameworks (e.g., TAMI)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation publications
