Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-focused technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Identify emerging technologies with transformative potential through market research and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible tech adoption
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate and integrate emerging startups into our ecosystem
- Present strategic technology insights to executive leadership and board members
- Mentor R&D teams on next-generation development methodologies and future-proof architectures
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling tech initiatives for enterprise-level organizations
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3, sustainable tech)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in technology forecasting scenarios
- Certification in innovation management or technology strategy (e.g., CEIM, CTS) preferred
- Experience developing ethical AI frameworks and responsible tech policies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- MSc or MBA in Technology Management, Innovation, or related field
