Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2030, focusing on AI integration, quantum computing applications, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, neuromorphic computing, bio-digital interfaces) to identify market disruption opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams to prototype future-forward solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global tech consortiums
- Present technology roadmaps and impact assessments to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish KPIs for tech adoption, ROI on innovation investments, and market share growth
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching at least two industry-disrupting tech products or platforms
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or blockchain architectures
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or Technology Foresight
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across 3+ continents
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (e.g., Nature Technology, IEEE Spectrum)
- MBA or Master's in Technology Management from a top-tier institution
