Responsibilities

- Anticipate regulatory and societal impacts of emerging technologies
- Design scalable frameworks for decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs)
- Conduct scenario planning for climate-resilient infrastructure systems
- Establish partnerships with academic labs and government innovation hubs
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience with regulatory compliance for autonomous systems
- Strong background in sustainable tech lifecycle management
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering/Biotechnology
