Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives for 2026
- Lead research initiatives in emerging fields like generative AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with corporate vision
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists to execute strategic initiatives
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies through competitive analysis and vendor partnerships
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with compelling data visualizations and ROI projections
- Drive innovation through hackathons, patent development, and industry thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven track record leading large-scale tech transformation projects ($10M+ budgets)
- Expertise in AI/ML, IoT, and quantum computing with published research or patents
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI Leadership) a plus
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategy
