- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI governance, Web3 infrastructure)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough innovations with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global tech ecosystems
- Present technology roadmaps and innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices and ethical AI frameworks across product development
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation decisions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with executive/board communication experience
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends (IEEE, ACM, or similar)
- Proficiency in innovation frameworks (TRL, Stage-Gate, Lean Startup)
