Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR) to inform strategic planning for 2026+
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market forecasts
- Lead high-impact innovation projects exploring next-generation applications and use cases
- Partner with R&D, product, and executive teams to align technology investments with growth targets
- Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking against industry disruptors
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and maintain relationships with technology startups, research institutions, and thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous technological transitions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
