Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market readiness
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological innovation impact on business objectives
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers for collaborative R&D
- Ensure all initiatives align with ESG principles and regulatory compliance frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record of implementing disruptive technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or emerging biotech applications
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology certification preferred
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and influencing strategic decisions
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio showcasing at least three successful tech transformation initiatives
