Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven 5-year+ roadmap delivery
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech systems
- Track record of securing $5M+ in R&D funding or partnerships
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals preferred
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ professionals
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
