Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum/SaaS solutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in emerging tech standards (ISO/IEC 25010, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience with agile methodologies and startup ecosystems
- Strong financial modeling and strategic planning acumen
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent preferred
