Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026+, aligning with long-term business objectives and market disruption trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in ideating, prototyping, and launching breakthrough products leveraging AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Analyze emerging technologies (Web3, neural interfaces, synthetic biology) and assess their competitive impact and commercial viability
- Build strategic partnerships with startups, academia, and global tech leaders to accelerate innovation pipelines
- Present visionary technology roadmaps to investors and executive stakeholders, securing buy-in and resource allocation
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and regulatory shifts to anticipate their impact on technology adoption and business strategy
- Drive organizational culture of innovation through hackathons, thought leadership, and talent development programs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $50M+ revenue impact or market transformation
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, neurotech, or climate tech
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ continents with diverse cultural and technical backgrounds
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; PhD or MBA preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (MIT Tech Review, Wired, etc.)
