Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful future-facing tech initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget allocation for R&D
