Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or R&D leadership

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making

- Experience with technology lifecycle management from ideation to commercialization
- Professional certifications in technology strategy (e.g., TOGAF, CTO School) preferred
