- Analyze global tech disruptions to identify competitive advantages and market opportunities
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech strategies into corporate vision
- Manage a $5M innovation budget for experimental R&D initiatives
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario modeling
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology architects in emerging methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact on future-facing initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, neurotech)
- Track record of launching at least 3 disruptive tech products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning, SWOT analysis, and trend forecasting
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Strategy (e.g., FTI, CTS)
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams in agile and design-thinking environments
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or industry foresight
