Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and emerging capabilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI agents, quantum interfaces, AR ecosystems)
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify breakthrough opportunities in biotech, energy, and space tech
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on technology implications for 2026
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for collaborative innovation
- Define ethical frameworks and governance protocols for autonomous systems
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and cross-industry thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic technology roadmaps executed to market impact
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
