Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic technology forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting tech adoption
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical technology integration
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough tech products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published research or thought leadership in technology forecasting
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Innovation (e.g., CFTE, CFI)
