Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology roadmapping for 2026+ initiatives across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify emerging tech opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Develop frameworks for ethical technology implementation and sustainable innovation
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Strong experience with stakeholder management and executive communication
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future studies
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CSM) preferred
