Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market predictions and societal needs
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging domains (quantum AI, neurotech, climate modeling)
- Develop patent-pending solutions addressing global challenges through technology
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate strategic tech initiatives into business transformation
- Establish innovation frameworks measuring ROI on future-facing technologies
- Mentor a team of PhD researchers and industry veterans

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent breakthrough innovation)
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with demonstrable impact on multi-billion dollar markets
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.) on emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AI ethics
- Proven ability to secure $50M+ in R&D funding from government/private sources
- Experience scaling teams from concept to commercialization of disruptive technologies
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi technique)
