- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers and product designers
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neurotech, synthetic biology, autonomous systems) for market viability
- Develop patent strategies for breakthrough innovations in Web4.0 infrastructure
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and venture capital partners
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI deployment and data sovereignty
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal innovation incubator
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations
- Strong background in patent law and intellectual property strategy
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with venture capital due diligence processes
