Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market leadership
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps with phased implementation plans and resource allocation strategies
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and C-suite teams to integrate future technologies into product development lifecycles
- Lead scenario planning for technological disruptions and formulate mitigation/adaptation strategies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
- Establish KPIs to track technology adoption, ROI, and competitive positioning
- Mentor cross-functional teams on emerging technology applications and strategic implications
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Strategy, or related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product innovation, or corporate development
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex market data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Certifications in strategic planning or technology management (e.g., TOGAF, CSM) highly desirable
