Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a 2026+ technology foresight framework identifying paradigm-shifting innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) into product roadmaps
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for global tech disruption vectors
- Architect ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven prioritization methodologies
- Pioneer industry thought leadership through whitepapers and conference keynotes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in emerging technology strategy with Fortune 500/Silicon Valley leadership
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech, climate tech, or Web3
- Proven track record of launching technologies achieving $100M+ market impact
- Published author or keynote speaker at global tech summits (Davos, CES, etc.)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Scenario Planning)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
