Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology roadmaps for 2026+ horizon, focusing on AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic solutions through rapid experimentation cycles
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, neurotech, decentralized systems) to identify competitive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption and ROI in future-focused initiatives
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies and adaptive planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with demonstrable impact in emerging tech
- Proven expertise in AI/ML implementation, quantum computing principles, or sustainable tech frameworks
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training preferred
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with $50M+ budget oversight
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Track record of launching breakthrough products/services with 3+ years ahead of market
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to articulate future scenarios
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation required
