- Develop KPI frameworks to measure technology adoption impact on business objectives.
- Partner with R&D to translate futuristic concepts into scalable product roadmaps.
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members with data-driven insights.
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab focused on next-generation technologies.
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech deployment strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or venture capital with proven 2026+ vision.
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AGI frameworks, or synthetic biology.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on futures research.
- Track record of launching at least two transformative tech initiatives valued at $50M+.
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in predictive analytics tools.
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Institute for the Future).
- Experience scaling global innovation teams across diverse cultural contexts.
