Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and implementing emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercial viability
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech incubators, research institutions, and innovation labs
- Present technology roadmaps and ROI analyses to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor innovation teams in agile development methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology trends and their industry impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in launching future-focused technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology
- Deep expertise in emerging tech landscapes and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology trend analysis preferred
