Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record scaling emerging tech solutions (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
- Experience with international tech policy development (UN, OECD, WEF)
- Certification in Technology Futures Planning or equivalent
