Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive technology horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026-2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on emerging technologies
- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation task force
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or senior R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience presenting to executive boards and investors
- Advanced degree in relevant technical field or MBA with tech specialization
