- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite and stakeholders
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technology adoption
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of implementing future-forward initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong background in ethical tech governance and policy advocacy
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
