- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech solutions into product roadmaps
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and innovation proposals to investors and board members
- Manage a $5M R&D budget for experimental technology incubation projects
- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and technology architects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough tech products/services
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, and exponential technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on emerging technologies
