Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and deploying emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, Web3)
- Conduct competitive analysis and due diligence on emerging tech investments
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation and digital sovereignty
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused KPI tracking
- Foster partnerships with leading research labs (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record in deploying at least two emerging technologies at scale
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certified in emerging tech frameworks (e.g., AWS Quantum, Microsoft AI-900)
- Experience securing $5M+ R&D funding or venture capital partnerships
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
