Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligning with emerging trends and market disruptions
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, and sustainable tech infrastructure
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-ready technologies into business strategy
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., synthetic biology, AGI precursors) for commercial viability
- Develop patent portfolios and IP strategies for breakthrough innovations
- Mentor teams in agile methodologies for long-term technology development cycles
- Present visionary frameworks to investors and industry partners at global tech summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least three future-critical domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or climate tech
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 10+ year impact horizons
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies preferred
