Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AI ethics) and their commercial applications
- Design and execute innovation frameworks to test and validate next-generation tech solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology vision and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Drive cross-functional alignment between R&D, product, and marketing teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, blockchain, biotech, AR/VR, or quantum computing
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong stakeholder management experience with executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
- Experience in scaling technology operations across global markets
