Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging domains including quantum-resistant cryptography and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in our Silicon Valley innovation lab
- Analyze patent landscapes and academic breakthroughs to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Drive partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Stanford HAI, and similar institutions
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI development and deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in scaling technology ventures from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AGI, or Web3
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or corporate partnerships
- Deep understanding of global tech policy landscapes and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
