Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, bio-integrated systems)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future tech into commercial offerings
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimental thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, neuromorphic systems)
- Strong background in product lifecycle management from concept to launch
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
