Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Published research in quantum algorithms or neural networks
- Proven track record scaling tech startups to IPO
- Expertise in blockchain and decentralized systems
- Experience with EU AI Act and regulatory frameworks
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for APAC markets
