- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Design proof-of-concept frameworks for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio through ROI-driven resource allocation
- Present strategic insights to executive board and investor committees
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech innovations
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering
- Security clearance for federal research collaboration projects
