Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2028 technology strategy roadmap integrating AI, blockchain, and quantum computing
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen sustainable tech solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech initiatives with business objectives
- Identify emerging tech trends and assess market disruption potential
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused KPIs
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile development methodologies
- Present strategic vision to investors and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation
- Certification in Agile/Scrum or equivalent
- Experience with Fortune 500 tech ecosystems
