Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with corporate vision and market trends
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, neural interfaces) and assess commercial viability
- Design governance frameworks for ethical AI adoption and responsible innovation practices
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proof technologies into core offerings
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry thought leadership forums
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Build and lead a cross-disciplinary future technology task force
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year tech roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain, IoT) and market analysis
- Strong background in ethical tech frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Executive communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
