- Establish KPIs for measuring technology ROI and innovation impact
- Foster partnerships with startups, academia, and industry leaders
- Author thought leadership publications and patents
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging tech (AI, blockchain, quantum, AR/VR)Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in agile methodologies and digital transformation
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capability
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
