- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Drive adoption of disruptive technologies across product and service portfolios
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of implementing emerging tech solutions in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least three future-tech domains: AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Certifications in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, Foresight Practitioner)
