- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and emerging paradigms
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating AI, IoT, and blockchain into core business ecosystems
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and assess strategic adoption opportunities
- Partner with VPs of Product to translate future visions into actionable development plans
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology adoption ROI and innovation impact
- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging technology methodologies and future-proofing principles
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML or quantum computing initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFTe)
- Deep expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Experience with agile transformation in Fortune 500 environments
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology disruption initiatives
- Security clearance or ability to obtain government-level clearance
