Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology strategies aligned with 2026 market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and evaluating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for technological disruption
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage innovation budgets and vendor partnerships for future-tech initiatives
- Drive R&D investments in next-generation platforms and systems
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of technological curiosity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven experience developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management preferred
