- Design strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption across enterprise sectors
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI, quantum, and biotech integration
- Develop patentable solutions addressing future global challenges
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Experience with horizon scanning frameworks and scenario planning
- PhD or equivalent in STEM field preferred
- Published thought leadership in future-tech journals
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills
